Grandma’s Country-Style Potato and Egg Bake

Peel and grate the potatoes. Squeeze out any excess liquid.

In a pan, melt butter and sauté the chopped onion, garlic, and bell pepper until soft.

In a large bowl, mix the grated potatoes with eggs, flour, sugar, salt, pepper, dried garlic, and chopped parsley.

Add the sautéed vegetables and grated cheese to the mixture. Stir well.

In another bowl, whisk together milk and 180 g flour to make a smooth batter.

Grease a baking dish and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Pour in the potato mixture, then top with the milk-flour batter.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 40–45 minutes or until golden and set.

Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
