Pour the milk into a small saucepan and place over medium heat.
Add the turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, and black pepper.
Stir continuously until the mixture is well combined and heated through (do not let it boil).
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Stir in the honey and coconut oil if using.
Pour into a mug and enjoy warm.
