Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease or line a small baking dish.
In a bowl, combine the oats with the hot water and let them soak for 5 minutes to soften.
Stir in the grated apples, mashed banana, eggs, yogurt, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, cranberries, and raisins.
Mix until everything is evenly combined.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
Sprinkle the chopped nuts on top.
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until set and lightly golden on top.
Drizzle with honey or maple syrup before serving, if desired.
