In a large bowl, combine warm milk and instant yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes until foamy.
Add flour and salt. Mix until a sticky dough forms.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Divide the dough into 8–10 equal balls. Shape into rolls and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Cover and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rolls for 15–20 minutes until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
