Dandelion Root Coffee

In a small pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil.

Add the dried dandelion root and roasted chicory root (if using).

Reduce heat and simmer for 10–15 minutes.

Strain the mixture into cups.

Add your preferred optional add-ins like non-dairy milk, honey or maple syrup, and a dash of cinnamon or vanilla for extra flavor.

Stir well and enjoy warm!
