Big Mac Smash Tacos

Prepare the Special Sauce:
In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and yellow mustard until smooth. Set aside.

Form and Cook Patties:
Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions. Form into loose patties slightly larger than your taco shells.
Season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Cook patties about 2-3 minutes per side, smashing them thin for a crispy edge.

Assemble Tacos:
Warm taco shells or small tortillas.
Place a smashed burger patty inside each shell.
Spoon special sauce over the patty.
Add your favorite Big Mac-style toppings like shredded lettuce, diced onions, pickles, and shredded cheese.
