Mash the banana in a mixing bowl.
Add Greek yogurt and eggs. Mix until smooth.
Stir in the oats and salt. Let the mixture sit for 5–10 minutes to soften the oats.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour small amounts of batter into the pan to form pancakes.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
