Season pork chops with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
Lightly dredge each pork chop in flour, shaking off excess.
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium heat. Brown pork chops on both sides until golden (about 3-4 minutes per side). Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and scrape up browned bits from the pan.
Stir in heavy cream and simmer until the sauce thickens slightly.
Return pork chops to the skillet, cover, and cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes until pork is cooked through and tender.
Garnish with parsley before serving (optional).
