Simple & Irresistible Walnut Cake

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a cake tin.

Beat the eggs, sugar, and a pinch of salt until pale and fluffy.

Add vegetable oil and milk, mix until smooth.

Sift in the flour and baking powder, mix to combine.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared tin.

Bake for 30–35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Let cool before slicing. Enjoy!
