¼ cup rolled oats

½ avocado

½ cup green grapes

½ cup unsweetened oat or almond milk

1 tsp honey (optional)

How to Make:
Blend oats first until powdery.

Add avocado, grapes, milk, and honey (if using).

Blend until smooth and thick.

Serve immediately or chill briefly before serving.
