💙 1. Blueberry Banana Oat Smoothie
Ingredients:
¼ cup rolled oats

1 banana, sliced

½ cup fresh blueberries

Optional: a handful of spinach or lettuce

½ cup unsweetened almond milk (or your preferred milk)

How to Make:
Add oats to the blender and pulse until fine.

Add banana, blueberries, greens (if using), and milk.

Blend until smooth and creamy.
