No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Biscuit Balls

Crush the peanuts using a food processor or by hand until finely chopped.

Crumble the biscuits into small pieces.

Combine crushed peanuts, biscuit crumbs, and 4 tbsp of melted chocolate in a bowl. Mix until a dough forms.

Shape into small balls using your hands.

Chill the balls in the fridge for 15–20 minutes to firm them up.

Dip each ball in the melted chocolate coating and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.

Chill again for another 10–15 minutes or until the chocolate sets.
