No-Bake 3-Ingredient Milk Pudding Dessert

In a small saucepan, warm the milk gently over medium heat—don’t let it boil.

Stir in sugar until dissolved.

If using gelatin powder: dissolve it in 3 tbsp cold water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes, then stir it into the warm milk until fully melted.
If using gelatin sheets: soak in cold water for 5 minutes, squeeze out excess water, and stir into warm milk.

Pour the mixture into molds or cups.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set.
