Prepare the Lobster:
If frozen, thaw completely. Remove meat from shells and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cook the Lobster:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté lobster chunks for 2–3 minutes until opaque. Season with salt and pepper. Remove and set aside.
Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Lower heat to medium; add butter to skillet. Melt and sauté garlic 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Add vegetable broth, reduce for 2 minutes. Stir in lemon juice, thyme, and optional red pepper flakes. Simmer 1 minute.
Combine:
Return lobster to skillet; toss gently in sauce. Simmer 1–2 minutes. Adjust seasoning.
Serve:
Plate lobster bites, drizzle with sauce, garnish with parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
