Jaffa Cake Loaf Cake

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf tin.

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Sift together flour and baking powder, then fold into the wet mixture gradually.

Stir in milk, orange zest, and half the marmalade. Mix gently to combine.

Pour batter into the prepared loaf tin.

Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.

While warm, prick the cake and brush with the remaining marmalade to glaze.

Cool completely before slicing.
