Grilled Salmon Burgers with Avocado Salsa: A Fresh and Healthy Delight

Finely chop the salmon fillet or pulse it in a food processor until coarsely ground.

In a mixing bowl, combine salmon, panko crumbs, egg, chopped green onions, chopped poblano pepper, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties.

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.

Grill the salmon patties for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through and nicely charred.

While the burgers cook, prepare the avocado salsa by mixing the chopped avocado with lemon or lime juice, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Serve the grilled salmon burgers topped with a generous spoonful of avocado salsa.
