Ingredients
For the Grilled Chicken:
1 large chicken breast, butterflied or sliced thin
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp dried dill
Salt and pepper to taste
Juice of ½ lemon
For the Salad:
2 cups romaine or iceberg lettuce, chopped
½ cup cherry tomatoes, halved
½ cucumber, sliced
4–5 radishes, sliced
¼ red onion, thinly sliced
Ranch dressing or creamy herb dressing
Dried dill for garnish
For the Yellow Rice:
1 cup cooked yellow rice (saffron or turmeric rice)
1 tbsp diced red bell pepper (optional)
