Beef Tips with Mushroom Gravy

How to Make
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef tips and brown on all sides, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In the same skillet, add the chopped onion and minced garlic; sauté until softened.

Add mushrooms (if included), cook until tender.

Return beef to the skillet, add broth or water, and simmer until meat is tender and gravy thickens. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
