Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
Wrap each little smoky with a piece of bacon and secure with a toothpick.
Arrange them on the wire rack.
In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and smoked paprika. Sprinkle evenly over the wrapped sausages.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the sugar has caramelized.
Let cool slightly before serving.
