Ingredients
1 (10 oz / 280 g) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
1 (14 oz / 400 g) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup (60 g) sour cream
¼ cup (60 g) mayonnaise
½ cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup (50 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
1–2 cloves garlic, minced
