1/2 cup (120 ml) apple cider vinegar (preferably organic, unfiltered)
1/2 cup (120 ml) warm water
Optional: a few drops of lemon juice or tea tree oil (for extra strengthening)
How to Make:
In a small bowl, combine the ACV and warm water.
(Optional) Add a few drops of lemon juice or tea tree oil.
Soak your fingertips in the solution for 10–15 minutes.
Rinse and pat dry gently.
Apply a natural moisturizer like coconut oil afterward.
