Cut the pressed tofu into thick slices or cubes.

In a bowl, whisk together coconut oil, chickpea flour, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and smoked paprika until smooth.

Dip each tofu slice into the mixture, ensuring it is fully coated.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the coated tofu slices for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
