Tuscan Shrimp Orzo

Cook the orzo according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and translucent.

Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink and cooked through.

Toss the cooked orzo into the skillet with shrimp. Mix well to combine and heat through.

Garnish with fresh parsley or basil if desired. Serve immediately.
