Stuffed Potatoes: The Tasty Recipe That No One Can Resist

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and prick them with a fork. Bake them for about 45 minutes or until tender.

While the potatoes bake, finely chop the onion, garlic, and smoked sausage.

Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent.

Add the smoked sausage and cook for 3-4 minutes until slightly browned. Season with salt and pepper.

When potatoes are done, cut them in half lengthwise and scoop out the center, leaving a thick shell.

Mix the scooped potato with the sausage mixture and fill the potato shells with this filling.

Return to the oven for another 10 minutes to heat through and slightly brown the tops.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
