Stuffed Mashed Potato Nests — Simple and Delicious Recipe

Peel and boil potatoes until soft. Drain and mash with butter, chopped fresh dill, salt, smoked paprika, black pepper, and oregano. Set aside.

In a skillet, sauté finely chopped onion and garlic until translucent.

Add ground beef and cook until browned.

Dice red bell pepper and tomato, add to skillet. Cook until softened.

Stir in tomato paste and season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Simmer for 5 minutes.

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Grease a muffin tin or small baking dish.

Form mashed potatoes into nest shapes in the tin (make an indentation in the center).

Spoon the beef mixture into the potato nests.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden on top and heated through.
