Strawberry Cream Cheese Pie with Homemade Crust

A deliciously creamy pie topped with fresh strawberries — surprisingly easy to make!

Ingredients
For the crust:

1 ½ cups (180 g) all-purpose flour

½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, cold and cubed

3 tablespoons sugar

¼ teaspoon salt

3–4 tablespoons cold water

For the filling:

225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream, whipped

For the topping:

2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced

2 tablespoons strawberry jam (optional, for glaze)
