Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper, and sauté until the onion is translucent.
Stir in diced tomatoes, fish broth, tomato paste, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, and thyme. Bring the mixture to a gentle simmer.
Add the mixed seafood and cook gently for 5-7 minutes until all seafood is cooked through.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Just before serving, stir in lemon juice and fresh parsley.
Serve hot with crusty bread or over rice for a complete meal.
