Savory Minced Meat and Vegetable Casserole with Sesame Topping

Preheat the Oven: Preheat to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish with oil or butter.

Sauté the Filling: In a skillet, cook the minced meat with garlic and onion until browned. Add carrot, zucchini, bell pepper, tomato paste, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook for 5–7 minutes.

Assemble the Casserole: Pour the meat mixture into the baking dish and flatten evenly.

Prepare the Topping: In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, cheese (if using), and breadcrumbs. Pour evenly over the meat mixture.

Add Sesame: Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top.

Bake: Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and set.
