In a large bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes to activate the yeast.
Add yogurt, oil, and salt. Mix well.
Gradually add flour, mixing until a soft dough forms. Knead for 5–7 minutes.
Cover and let rest for 15 minutes.
Divide the dough into 6–8 pieces. Roll into balls, then flatten slightly.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Cook each bread for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and puffy.
Serve warm with butter, cheese, or any dish.
