Preheat the oven to 200ยฐC (392ยฐF). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine minced meat with salt, pepper, and any optional flavorings (onion, garlic, herbs). Mix thoroughly.
Roll out the puff pastry and cut into rectangles or squares, about 10x10 cm.
Place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each piece. Fold over and seal the edges with a fork.
Place on the baking tray. Brush tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
Bake for 20โ25 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed.
