Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a skillet, melt 15 g butter and sauté the chopped onion until translucent.
Add the ground chicken, diced paprika, grated carrot, and canned corn. Cook until the chicken is fully browned. Season with salt and pepper.
Remove from heat and mix in half the grated Parmesan cheese.
In a greased casserole dish, spread the chicken mixture evenly.
Layer mashed potatoes over the chicken filling, smoothing the top. Dot with the remaining butter (15 g) and sprinkle the rest of the Parmesan cheese over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25–30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
