Slice the lemon into thin rounds.
Pierce each lemon slice with whole cloves, sticking 4–5 cloves per lemon.
Place the lemon and clove slices into warm water.
Let it infuse for 10–15 minutes to release the beneficial oils and flavors.
Optionally, add honey or ginger to taste.
Drink the infusion daily, preferably on an empty stomach in the morning.
