Kids' Favorite Milk Sticks

Activate Yeast: Mix the lukewarm milk with sugar and yeast. Let it sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Make the Dough: In a large bowl, mix flour, eggs, and the activated yeast mixture. Stir in the oil and knead into a smooth, elastic dough (about 8–10 minutes by hand).

Let It Rise: Cover and let rise in a warm spot for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Shape the Sticks: Roll out the dough into a rectangle about 1 cm thick. Cut into finger-width strips.

Second Rise: Place strips on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Cover and let rest for 15–20 minutes.

Brush and Sprinkle: Brush each stick with water and sprinkle black sesame seeds on top.

Bake: Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and crispy on the outside.

Cool Slightly: Let cool on a wire rack before serving.
