Green Piña Colada Smoothie

If using a fresh Thai coconut, carefully open it and pour the water into a blender. Scoop out the soft flesh and add it as well. If using canned coconut milk, add the whole can to the blender.

Add banana, frozen pineapple, and chopped collard greens.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of water or coconut water to adjust consistency if needed.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy chilled.
