Garlic Butter Stir-Fried Vegetables

1. Prepare the Sauce

In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.

2. Sauté the Vegetables

Heat butter or olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.

Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).

3. Cook the Veggies

Add carrots and cook for 2 minutes.

Stir in broccoli and mushrooms; cook for another 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.

4. Add the Sauce

Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat.

Let it cook for 1 minute, until slightly thickened.

5. Serve & Enjoy

Transfer to a plate, garnish with sesame seeds (optional), and serve warm!
