Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Wash the potatoes and cut small slits or thin slices around them without cutting all the way through (Hasselback style).
In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, dried dill, olive oil, and salt.
Place potatoes on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the potatoes, making sure some gets inside the slits.
Bake for 45–60 minutes until the potatoes are crispy on the outside and tender inside.
Brush again with butter mixture halfway through baking for extra flavor.
Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
