In a skillet, crumble and brown the ground beef. Drain excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning packet to the beef. Stir in Italian and ranch dressings, then simmer until liquid is absorbed.
Shred the lettuce and place in a bowl. Chop the tomatoes and place in another bowl.
Dice the red onion and place in a third bowl. Place the shredded cheese in a separate large bowl.
You can mix all ingredients including the meat together, or keep them separate so everyone can customize their salad. Leftovers can be stored separately in the refrigerator.
