These Vegan Chickpea Nuggets are a delicious, plant-based alternative to traditional chicken nuggets. 1/2 cup rolled oats

1/4 cup nutritional yeast

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon soy sauce or tamari

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup flour (all-purpose or chickpea flour)

2 tablespoons ground flaxseed + 6 tablespoons water (flax egg)

Oil for frying or baking
