Creamy Cashew Mozzarella Pizza

Tomato sauce, enough to spread on each pizza

Italian field roast slices (or any vegetarian deli meat)

1 small red onion, thinly sliced

Fresh spinach leaves

1 red bell pepper, sliced

How to make:

Preheat oven to 220°C (425°F).

Prepare your pizza dough and spread it on baking trays or pizza stones.

Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.

Arrange the field roast slices, red onion, spinach, and red pepper on top.

To make the cashew mozzarella, blend cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and water until smooth and creamy. Add more water for a spreadable texture.

Dollop or spread the cashew cheese on top of the pizza evenly.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and toppings are cooked.

Remove from oven and let cool for 2-3 minutes before slicing and serving.
