Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
In a bowl, mix the mashed banana and grated apple.
Add rolled oats and raisins or dried cranberries if using. Stir well.
Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Flatten each mound slightly with the back of a spoon.
Bake for 15–20 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool before serving.
