1 tablespoon dried hibiscus petals
2 dried bay leaves
1 cinnamon stick (or 1 tsp ground cinnamon)
2 cups water
Optional: honey or lemon to taste
How to Make
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Add the hibiscus petals, bay leaves, and cinnamon.
Lower the heat and let it simmer for 10 minutes.
Strain into a cup. Add honey or lemon if desired.
Drink warm, once or twice a day.
