Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).
In a large bowl, toss chicken wings with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Arrange the wings on a baking tray lined with parchment paper or a wire rack.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
Optional: Mix honey and soy sauce, then brush over the wings during the last 5 minutes of baking for a sticky glaze.
