Steaks & Noodle Fusion Delight

Marinate the steak:
In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, salt, and pepper. Add sliced steak and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Cook the noodles:
Boil noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Stir-fry vegetables:
Heat 1 tbsp vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add bell pepper, carrot, broccoli, and spring onions. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until veggies are tender-crisp. Remove and set aside.

Cook the steak:
In the same pan, add remaining oil and stir-fry the marinated steak for 2–3 minutes until cooked but still tender.

Combine everything:
Add the cooked vegetables back to the pan with the steak. Mix sauce ingredients in a small bowl, then pour over the steak and veggies. Add noodles and toss everything together for 2 minutes to heat through and coat evenly.

Serve hot with extra spring onions or sesame seeds if desired.
