Ingredients

500g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak, sliced thin

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp sesame oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp fresh ginger, grated

Salt and pepper to taste

For the noodles and veggies:

250g (8 oz) egg noodles or rice noodles

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

1 carrot, julienned

1 cup broccoli florets

2 spring onions, chopped

2 tbsp vegetable oil

For the sauce:

3 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tsp chili flakes (optional)

1 tsp sugar
