Season the Chicken:
Rub chicken with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and olive oil.
Slow Cook or Bake:
Slow Cooker: Place chicken in a slow cooker, pour BBQ sauce mixture over it, and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
Oven: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes, basting with BBQ sauce halfway through.
Shred & Coat in Sauce:
Once cooked through, shred chicken with two forks. Toss shredded chicken in the BBQ sauce to coat evenly.
Serve & Enjoy:
Serve on buns, over rice, in tacos, or alongside a fresh salad.
