Soak the seeds:
In a bowl, combine all the seeds with 500 ml of water. Let them soak overnight (at least 6–8 hours).
Boil in the morning:
Transfer the soaked seeds and water to a pot. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Strain and serve:
Strain the mixture into a cup. Drink lukewarm on an empty stomach for best results.
