Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil.
Prepare the Dough
Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half to make 16 smaller pieces. Press each piece into a muffin cup, gently pushing it up the sides to form a little crust.
Add Sauce and Toppings
Spoon a small amount of pizza sauce into each dough cup. Top with shredded mozzarella and a slice of pepperoni if desired. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Cool and Serve
Let the pizzas cool for 2–3 minutes, then carefully remove them from the muffin tin. Serve warm.
