In a large bowl, combine minced meat, eggs, chopped mushrooms, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, dried garlic, and paprika. Mix well until fully combined.

Add chopped spring onions and diced tomato to the mixture, stirring gently.

Form the mixture into medium-sized balls.

Press grated Cheddar cheese firmly onto the outside of each meatball to form a cheesy crust.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Lightly grease the basket with vegetable oil.

Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they don’t touch. Cook for about 10 minutes or until the cheese crust is golden and the meat is cooked through and juicy inside.

Remove carefully and serve hot.
