Hearty Oatmeal-Apple Banana Walnut Breakfast Bake

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with vegetable oil.

In a large bowl, combine oatmeal, milk, mashed banana, and chopped apples. Mix well.

Stir in chopped walnuts and 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil. Adjust oil if mixture feels too dry.

Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading evenly.

Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the bake is set.

Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Serve warm.
