A Simple and Affordable Trick to Remove Mildew and Peeling Paint from Walls

Remove any peeling or loose paint from the wall using the putty knife.

Mix equal parts white vinegar and water in the spray bottle. Slowly add baking soda (it will fizz).

Spray the mixture generously on mildew and peeling paint areas.

Let it sit for 10–15 minutes to kill mildew and lift dirt.

Gently scrub with a brush or sponge.

Wipe with a damp cloth and let dry completely.

Repaint if needed.
